At The Nut Nest, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 81359 76398.

Eligibility

  • Product must be unopened and in original packaging.
  • Photo/video proof of damage is required.
  • Perishable items (dates, snacks) must be reported within 24 hours.

Process

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Alternatively, we can send a replacement at no extra cost.
